Level 1 Technician

We are always looking to keep a good portfolio of level 1 techs. These techs are responsible for basic troubleshooting, remote or onsite support of workstations or to work with a senior tech for more advanced troubleshooting needs. We fully expect to see our Level 1 Techs move up to more advanced levels as they gain knowledge. We believe in hiring/promoting within as much as possible.
